Recommended Dose for Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Consume with a warm glass or cold glass of milk. Substitute lactose free if need be. Traditionally used in ayurveda as a Rasayana (Rejuvenation tonic)

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a practitioner prior to use if you have any liver issues, thyroid or cardiac related antibiotics. Reduce or stop usage if you feel any abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and or diarrhoea. Consumption with alcohol and or sedative medications is not recommended.

Contraindication: Do not use if you’re taking any other antibiotics with out consulting your health care practitioner first. Do not use if you have any abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, atonic bowel appendicitis, crohns disease or ulcerative colitis. Consult a practitioner if any abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, severe dehydration and or hemorrhoids.
